RETURN POLICY

  • Item can be returned 21 days from date of delivery. Clothing must not be worn, altered, damaged, free of any stains, odors, pet hairs, or distinct smells including deodorant and perfume. Good Steward does not offer refunds of any kind, ONLY STORE CREDIT.
  • You are responsible for paying for your own shipping cost to return your item(s) back to us. Good Steward does not pay for return shipping or handling costs (unless the item(s) arrived damaged or it was a mistake on our part).
    We strongly recommend that you send your return(s) back with a tracking number. We are not responsible for any return packages lost in transit..
  • In the event your item is damaged or defected [we’re so sorry!] Please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery and we will gladly process an exchange or store credit.
  • We can only exchange for same style items from the same collection. Due to fast selling items, if your item is not available your store credit will apply to an item of same value.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address. Items will not be replaced or refunded if sent to an incorrectly entered address.

SHIPPING POLICY

There is a 24-48 hours business hour processing time after your order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email after your order is placed with your tracking information.  Please note that while we don't foresee any delays after the parcel has shipped these events may occur. Please contact us in the event our carrier is delayed and we will be happy to help locate the parcel for you.
